Competent in quantitative/statistical analytical methods, procedures, and techniques. Extensive knowledge, experience, and skills of ESRI’s products, especially ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro. Extensive knowledge, experience, and skills in spatial analysis and cartography. Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population. Ability to work independently and apply critical thinking and sound judgment. Good organizational and time management skills.
