Nonprofit Meetup (Career Fair)
Come to a relaxed, informal opportunity to meet and greet with employers from the nonprofit sector interested in connecting with and hiring University of Maryland students for their roles.
Each organization will give a 3-5 minute overview and then be seated at tables to have conversations with students over light refreshments for the remainder of event.

Stop by to take a free professional headshot for your professional profiles (Careers4Terps, LinkedIn, etc.)!
No appointments are necessary. This is a drop-in event. Expect to take 5-10 minutes out of your day. Our photographer will take three photos and email you the photo of your choice from the three options. We will only photograph you from the mid-chest and up, so feel free to bring a professional shirt but forego professional slacks or skirts.
You can expect your photo sent out within 7 business days post-event.

Fifty-eight (58) BSOS students were matched with host sites for Intern for a Day!
Intern for a Day connects undergraduate students with alumni, parents, employers and community partners for one day internship/shadowing experiences.
One hundred forty four (144) students attended the Psychology Networking Night!
Students connected with over 20 alumni and organizations to learn about career path options in psychology, make new connections and identify internship and job openings.
Fifty-three (53) students attended the Careers in Diplomacy panel!
Students participated in a panel discussion with professionals working in and around diplomacy. They learned tips about the entry points into the field as well as what the in-demand skills and experiences are for the field.
