The Society of African American Studies with the Department of African American Studies
invites undeclared students and students considering a double major, certificate, or minor to our annual “What to Do with a Major…” program.
We hope to bring awareness to the Department of African American Studies as well as highlight the viability of a degree/certificate in African American Studies and/or minor in Black Women's Studies. There will be a short panel discussion/Q&A with an opportunity for prospective students to network with alumni, faculty, staff, and current majors.
“What to Do with a Major…” is scheduled for Monday, April 23, 2018, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Nyumburu Multipurpose Room.
