ICON Program at University of Georgia - Funded PhD Opportunities

The University of Georgia's Integrative Conservation (ICON) PhD program is seeking two outstanding students for doctoral research assistantships. Both positions begin in August 2019. Applicants are encouraged to contact potential faculty advisors to discuss areas of mutual research interest. Stipend for the academic year, summer stipend, and tuition waiver are guaranteed for four years, upon successful annual evaluations.

The ICON program was established in 2011 to confront the challenges of 21st century conservation research and practice by training agile scientists to effectively work and communicate across disciplines and fields of practice.
