Interested in a graduate degree in Architecture, Community Planning, Historic Preservation, and Real Estate Development?

The School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation would like to invite all interested students to attend the upcoming Open House for Prospective Graduate Students, on Friday, October 27, 2017, from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.  

This event will provide students with a unique opportunity to learn about graduate degrees in Architecture, Community Planning, Historic Preservation, and Real Estate Development from faculty members, current students and recent alumni. Perhaps, students will find that theyare interested in a dual degree where they can combine a variety of interests to offer a competitive advantage in the market place.

Intern for a Day

Not sure exactly what you want to do, but want to get your foot in the door? The University Career Center offers a wonderful opportunity to UMD students to "intern-for-a-day" at an organization within your interests.

In order to receive an application to participate in this program, you must attend an informative, 30-minute orientation session that will cover the application process, how you will be matched with a host, best practices when shadowing your host on-site, and how to show appreciation to your host after your experience.
