Two M.S. positions available in the Bentley Lab at Sonoma State University starting in
Spring 2021 (applications due Oct 31, 2020) or Fall 2021 (applications due Dec 15, 2020).

Critical Language Scholarships for Summer 2021
** Would you like to study one of these critical languages during summer 2021 – all expenses paid?*
To learn more about the U.S. State Department Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) summer 2021 programs and about preparing a strong application by the Nov. 17 deadline, please fill out this brief survey.
We will also enroll you in our CLS resource page on ELMS.
*At this time, the CLS program intends for in-person instruction in the host countries. If the Department of State determines later that this will not be possible due to COVID-19, CLS will offer virtual instruction at full capacity.

ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION: Applicants must be: US Citizens; currently enrolled freshmen, sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduate students. A GPA of 3.2 or higher recommended; all majors are eligible.
PLEASE NOTE: CLS programs in Arabic, Chinese and Japanese require two years of previous study by the start of the program. Korean, Portuguese, and Russian require one year of study by the start of the program.

Position Available at the USDA
USDA-ARS. Beltsville, in collaboration with the University of Maryland College Park has opened a temporary technician position to work with sUAS servicing, eventually piloting, image post-processing and archiving. Proven knowledge of basic Python is required and ArcGIS Pro knowledge is preferred.
