Call for 2018 Spring Award Nominations
In the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences
BSOS faculty, students and staff are encouraged to nominate individuals for the following awards:
Outstanding Advising and Administration Awards
Excellence in Teaching Award
Excellence in Research Award
Excellence in Service Award
Excellence in Diversity Award
Outstanding Staff Award
Excellence in Mentorship Award
George M. Phillips Award for Graduate Student Research in the Public Interest

Selection Process
The College will convene a review committee consisting of previous winners (if applicable), staff, faculty, and students to review the nominees and recommend recipients to the Dean.
Nomination Deadline
The deadline for all nominations is Friday, March 9, 2018. Nomination packets should be submitted electronically onwww.bsosawards.umd.edu .

The Faculty Staff Recognition Reception will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. in the Adele H. Stamp Student Union’s Charles Carroll Room
