 Hello!

The Counseling Center invites the UMD community to Mental Health Awareness WeekOctober 5-9! MHAW is our annual weeklong program of events to reduce stigma on campus and improve student wellbeing. Now more than ever, we want to be sure that students are actively taking care of their mental health.

Please share the above link and the attached PDF (which has our calendar as well as individual events flyers with descriptions) widely with students. We hope UMD students near and far will join us to break down health barriers, STAMP out stigma, and take time for self-care in a variety of virtual events and one in-person (and socially distanced) event! Please note, 4Maryland guidelines will be followed.

Thanks for your help in getting the word out and supporting our efforts to improve mental health on campus!
