The University Health Center has an amazing opportunity for YOU!
The University Health Center is Recruiting New Peers for Fall 2017-Spring 2018.
Peer Educators earn credit to educate the campus community about wellness through one of four topic specific lenses (substance use, sexual health, mental health and wellness, or power-based violence). Peers have opportunities to turn their innovative ideas into action. Being a peer educator is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience working directly with students, improve your public speaking and program planning skills, and join a group of talented, creative, dedicated students like you who are committed to our mission of wellness for all at UMD!

Outreach Peers earn credit to be the voice of the CARE office and are ultimately responsible for ensuring the entire UMD campus community is aware of CARE and other resources for those that have been impacted by power-based violence.
