The Joel & Kim Feller Center for BSOS Academic Advising & Career Planning is pleased to host the BSOS Alumni Career Chat series. The Chats connect industry specific alumni/employers with BSOS majors over Zoom. Each Chat will last around 30-minutes and the format will be informal. Students will have the option to talk with professionals through the Zoom chat feature or unmute themselves to pose questions.

Noah Murrell '11 & '17 | Advisor of Data Science: Fannie Mae

Noah is currently an Advisor of Data Science in the Single Family
Analytics division at Fannie Mae. He is the technical team lead for the
Servicing Analytics function of SFA. In his role, he serves as the
project initiatives such as: servicer performance modeling, analytics
for new workout products, and rep and warrant exposure modeling. He is
also a co-lead for the Single Family Analytics Associate Program, which
hires, onboards, and trains 20-30 data science associates each year.
Sarah Ahmed '19 | Research Analyst: Westat

Sarah Ahmed is a Research Analyst at Westat and a 2021 Charles B. Rangel
International Affairs Graduate fellow. With a strong commitment to
public service and advocacy, she has experience working in international
development, policy, and social science research. Previously, she
worked as a Gender and Markets intern at the United Nations Foundation,
as well as several NGOs and think tanks. As a Rangel fellow, she intends
to join the U.S. Foreign Service as a Public Diplomacy officer. Sarah
graduated from the University of Maryland in 2019 with a Bachelor of
Arts in Anthropology and a minor in Nonprofit Leadership and Social
Innovation. She speaks Urdu and English and plans to attend Georgetown
University for her graduate studies.
