AASD is pleased to announce that we're hosting three Drop-In Info Sessions for students (current UMD undergraduates and local high juniors/seniors) with Dr. Ashley Newby, AASD Director of Undergraduate Studies, and Mr. Marshal Washington, Academic Advisor, beginning this Friday, March 11th, at 3:00 PM. This is a great opportunity for students with an interest in African American Studies and the African diaspora, and who have general questions about academic programs, AASP courses, research, and many other resources and opportunities provided by the department.
