Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

| - Advanced GIS knowledge and proficiency
with the Esri ArcGIS product suite: ArcGIS Desktop/Pro data development
and management; ArcGIS Server/Enterprise service design and management;
Web GIS system (ArcGIS Portal/Online) and GIS database maintenance and administration.
- Working knowledge of FME ETL Tools, ArcGIS Desktop Model Builder, and Python for data management and workflow automation.
- Proficient
documentation and communication skills, both written and oral; good
analytical and problem-solving skills; adaptive creativity and
resourcefulness.
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision and to lead project tasks.
