For those of you who are unaware, this Saturday is the 2015 Maryland Day! Please join us, between 10am and 4pm, on McKeldin Mall to enjoy food, live music, interactive events and explore the various UMD programs! Friends and family members are all welcome.
GEOG will have a table in tent 3 offering a UAV display and demo (hexacopter w/ mounted infrared camera). Matt Hansen will offer a display on monitoring Global Forest Change in McKeldin 2109 (second floor/Portico room) and GEOG/McKeldin Reseach Commons will offer a GIS demo entitled, “Fly me to the Moon: A tour of our Earth,” also in 2109 McKeldin.
